Website Marketing

The last two weeks I have learned what would have taken years "back in the day'....I am in my 40's, but wow - even since 2 years ago you have to be really into technology to keep up with todays crazy world of online marketing. I have learned about the RSS feeds, the free pages to publish websites for each of your listings, marketing techniques to sell homes online anywhere in the world, great websites for interacting with realtors all over the country, etc. etc. etc.!! I am EXHAUSTED with the amount of opportunity out there! I literally have about 100 sign in names and passwords for different networking sites, it's terrific, but daunting! Anyone else have any ideas to share?

What ever happened to the "limited service" people??

Hm....I am just thinking, it's been a while since I've seen any "Limited Service" agencies out there like "Help U Sell", or what were some of the old ones???? Seems like they came, and went, pretty quickly. I guesse that speaks volumes for the world of real estate brokers and agents who do this for a living, and provide an incredible amount of support and professionalism to actually assist the seller to ge the ultimate goal of selling his home, done.

Thinking of moving to the south?

I have so many great things to tell you! I moved here myself in 2003 from Jersey City, NJ. I live in Mount Pleasant, SC which is a suburb of Charleston, SC - and I never thought I'd be able to live so close to such gorgeous beaches!! The cost of living is so much better than "up north", and there are so many great activities to do - each day is filled with work, and enough time to play at the beach or golf! And, I'm nowhere near retiring, my thinking was - why wait to have "the life"? I worked in Manhattan for 11 years, and that's enough - it's not going anywhere, I visit often but love getting out of the Charleston airport and seeing the beautiful palm trees.....
